In our own videos we know how to do this, but in these ones, we need to be consistent and specific, not only for us but the rest of the shark pond out there.

PLEASEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some one add what ever classes we are missing to the line up.(TC31,1/8 Proboat, Etc..) what ever you feel should also be there.

Can we all agree that the gps must be put on the out side of the boat somehow? Im leaning more tworad it, it seems as most everyone, devises a way to stick it to the boat anyways and no ones lost one yet.

I know it's been a little bit sens I was Up on ALL That Went on In The Zone, But I Didn't think Things Changed That Much.
It was Always a Rule Before If you want to Post Speed Bragging Vids, Do it in the Same Fashion as We Set Up The Speed Challenge and Post them in the NITRO VIDEO ZONE.
The RTRZone Speed Challenge Was Based off The Rules For Posting Vids In The Zone.
It was Just A More Refined Version (More Rules) to cut out all the Questionable Speed Vid Tricks, and to make it as close to an "Official Speed Challenge" as We Could Get "ON VIDEO" Instead Of Being at Your Club, Or A SAW Event ect...
It was a way to Give RTR Fans Something MORE than Just Their Bragging VID.
The BIG Difference NOW is We Don't Have James Footing the Bill, Editing Vids to Make Them As Sweet as They Where, Ordering Trophy's, ect...
Zone Members Have to do it, IF IT's an OFFICIAL RTRZone Speed Challenge.
If You Just Want to Make Bragging Vids, By All Means PLEASE DO.

Well the Main Decisions at this Point Is:

OFFICIALS: The Zone Members Need to Decide Who THEY Want Making the Final Decisions? We need Some Nominations to set up a Voting Pole.

GPS:I Prefer the Garmin ForTrex 201. It's Rechargeable so nobody has to worry about having batteries just plug it in the night before and top it off. It's the Smallest Lightest WATERPROOF Unit I have Found, and there Not Real High Priced. And I Figured Out How to Make It Display "Just Speed" "Full Screen" on it So you can see it MUCH Better,

,,LOL.
But Please Give Suggestions If You Have Any!

Purchase: Well as I said before, James Pretty Much Footed the Bill on the GPSs Before, But that Will Have to be Done By The Zone Members This Go Around.
We Used "Factory Re-manufactured" ForeTrex 201's I Found on eBay, James Contacted the Seller and got a Small Discount I Think, But Not Much.

Well I have finally skimmed all the way through this, only things I could add is that I think the classes should be broke down by engine size, then by hull if enough are available to make a "class" No need in being the fastest Miss A with a .21 if your the only one running one lol.

I would like to think in this forum that we can trust each other. I WILL donate to the GPS fund, but not sure if everyone else can. Besides Tresspass is a big ol' muscle head and I'll sick him on whoever messes up lol. I think everyone in here lives next to someone else so we can keep track of each other.

As for the shipping deal, The GPS should fit in one of those 4.95 flat rate shipping boxes, so maybe it would just be easier if whoever has it ships it to the next person.

Just my two bits, cant wait to get in this one! and yea wruster ill have my Miss A in it.

OH OH OH OH OH one more thing, I was just talking to someone about setting up "official" speed traps, just to throw this out there, if you can run a set of NAMBA or IMPBA speed traps, that should count also.

I can pitch in as well to the gps fund and yea 5 bucks to ship aint bad. Twenty bucks from me and opio is 40.00 so far(thanks for leaving the $ door open) lol.

Basically if you lose it or ruin it or decide to forget to send it you will be hailed the person who messed up. Umm....speed traps.....lets keep it to the gps.
