If you try to log onto RTR Zone and can not there can be many reasons for this.

1. Your account may not be active yet. If you just signed up to become a member of RTR Zone your account might not be approved yet. It usualy takes up to 24 hours for our staff to approve your account. Once your account is approved RTR Zone sends you a email with a activation link you MUST click to open your own account. Please check all your mails including BULK or SPAM mail, because sometimes depending on your email settings our emails may got to your other mail files. The email will be clearly marked in the subject "RTR Zone Membership".

2. You may be using the wrong user name or password. If you forgot your password or user name you can request a password be sent to your email. Your new password will be sent to the email used in your account.

3. Your account may be locked: If you are sure your user name and password are correct but you still can not login to RTR Zone your account maybe locked for various reasons.

A. You have not filled out your profile. If this is the case you were sent a email to fix this but you did not therefore your account is locked till you agree to fill out your profile.

B. You have been suspended for bad behavior or mis conduct. If this is the case you know it, no sense in emailing us as you are suspended for life.

C. During our forum change your account may have been deleted and if you feel this maybe your issue please email admin@rtrzone.com and we will get that fixed for you.
