Some cowl work I have done for the TC31. A radio problem sent her into the rocks, forgot I could go left . I will have some more pics of the rebuild, adding stilts, here is what I have going right now. The big plan is a .46
use the slower Epoxy if you have it so you have plenty Mixing\Work Time.
Mix your Epoxy First. Always try to Spend a full 2 min Stirring to ensure it's Completely Mixed.
Then Mix While Poring in the Micro balloons. It may seem as if you put to much in at first, But Keep Stirring, And Stirring. Eventually you will have a Paste like consistency. The more Micro balloons you use the thicker it will be.
If Your using Epoxy in Structural Places and Need it Thicker or having problems with it running you can add Micro Balloons to Help with that, But Don't use More than 20% by volume.
if its not mixed completely it will clog the sandpaper also give it plenty of time to dry it will sand to a perfect finish prime and paint it is a harder filler than others but nothing is better also you can add 5 to 12 drops of pure alcohol that makes it runny but my sag at an angle oh ya ya can use that jelly ya already have too save some time and money
